SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Free shipping on all goods throughout the Czech Republic.

Shipping to Slovakia 5€. Shipping to the rest of Europe 10 €.

Ordered goods that are in stock will be shipped no later than within 3 business days from the receipt of the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, shipment will be made within 24 hours after the payment is credited to our account. If for any reason this deadline cannot be met, we will promptly inform customers by email or phone.

We are VAT payers. 

METHOD OF DELIVERY

Your ordered goods will be delivered to you via Zásilkovna (Parcel Shop). 

PAYMENT METHOD

1. Payment by card via the Stripe payment gateway, using a credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro.

2. to account number 2602038910/2010 held at Fio banka a.s. Please use your order number as the variable symbol. The ordered goods will be shipped to you after the payment has been credited to our account. We reserve the ordered goods for a maximum of 5 business days from the date of the order. If payment is not received within this period, your order will be canceled.
